Must Sell!!! Overview This is a late 90's model pick and place machine manufactured by Samsung and sold by Manncorp. It has two pick and place heads with mechanical centering and is rated for 6000 components per hour placement rate. It has a working conveyer that can be adjusted using a hand-wheel on the front of the machine. The machine is in storage and all functions worked when the machine was placed in storage. We have powered up the machine and verified that it powers up, that all axis jog properly, and the initialization sequence completes. We bought this machine last year to support a project that did not pan out. Our new office doesn't have a door large enough to bring the machine in, so we are selling it. Because the machine is used, we are selling it as-is, though we will guarantee that the machine will power up upon delivery. The machine is 56" wide (including conveyer) by 50" deep by 76" tall (to the top of the light pole). What's Included The machine comes with a teaching pendant, a teaching camera and monitor, and the main operator's monitor. We do have the owner's manual and some schematics for the machine. In addition, we have experience operating the machine and would be willing to answer questions to the best of our ability. This machine is based on the Quad design and uses many of the same parts, including feeders and nozzles. That means that you can still purchase feeders and nozzles for the machine from GoPPM. EBay won't let me link it here, but you can Google them. The machine comes complete with feeders and nozzles and is ready to go. Here is what it will come with: Qty 28 - 8mm reel feeders Qty 1 - 6 lane vibratory feeder Qty 6 - Pick and place nozzles Qty 12 - PCB supports Qty 2- control cables for interfacing to conveyers. If you have any questions at all about this machine, let us know. Even though it has been around a while, it would make a great starter machine for anyone wanting to build PCB in house. It has a relatively small footprint. It needs 100VAC and 70PSI air pressure. Crating, Loading and Shipping You can pick the machine up locally. Or, if you want to ship the machine, you will need to arrange for freight. This machine must be crated and will not fit on a lift gate on a truck. You will need a forklift on this end to load the machine. If you would like, we can arrange the crating and forklift for you. Contact me for a quote on crating and loading.
