You are bidding on a Samsung Office Serv 7100 with Voicemail , CO Trunks, and (7) DS-5021D digital phone sets. One DS-5021D set is missing the bottom bracket/stand. This system was just removed from service last week and is in excellent cosmetic condition and 100% functional. Customer Corporate office has decided to go with NEC VoIP systems at all locations in/out of state. All phones have been professionally cleaned and each phone handset cord is in very good shape. Customer could no longer get in contact with Samsung dealer for service, therefore I have no ideal as to how to access (passwords or IP address - if applicable on this system ) or administer any telephone or voice mail changes. I'm a fully certified NEC Telephone and Voicemail dealer and have absolutely no ideal how to even get into this Samsung system or to tell you the software version or what the interface cards are in the slots other than whats labeled on/above modular cards on front of chassis. The only thing I can guarantee is that I physically de-install, and each phone was active, and each Co Trunk/line key had dial tone, and I could make inbound and outbound calls. According to the customer, this system is fully functional on incoming calls and all other features, including voicemail upon removal from service. This system is being sold with 30 Day warranty. I will guarantee no " DOA" and full cash refund within 30 days if not satisfied, that of which I don't believe will be the case. Please see my 100% feedback ratings on over 700 sales on Ebay.
