Cool foods rapidly and safely using these San Jamar RCU1282 128 oz. Rapi-Kool® cooling paddles. Designed with food safety in mind, these paddles work to cool soups, stews, and other hot liquids from the inside-out which allows the food to cool quickly and evenly. This helps to minimize the time that foods remain in the dangerous temperature zone where there is potential for harmful bacteria growth. To use, simply fill the paddles with water up to the fill line--a helpful mark that prevents damage resulting from overfilling--and freeze before using to quickly stir and cool hot liquids. Each paddle has unique cooling fins that provide maximum surface area for faster chilling.
