This is a brand new and unused package to take care of all your milling jobs that require various amounts of different material removed quickly. The Sandvik Coro Mill insert cutters can cope with all sorts of feeds and speeds to remove stainless steel, hardened steel , cast iron and non ferrous materials to name a few . All cutters come with inserts installed along with extra holding screws and install wrench . All cutters have through hole for coolant and all have a Weldon shank ( flat on shank ) These cutters can be held in collets but the larger shank diameter for heavy cutting would be safer installed in a Weldon holder. I will include one with an R8 shank with this sale if all 3 holders are bought together, otherwise a separate individual price could be negotiated for the three separate cutters. The inch dia :- RA390-025M19-11L has a circular mark where the through hole is , I could not get any air through the hole so I drilled it out until air went through it , and the swarf left a small mark, but no damageto the tool. This package truly is an outstanding sale price and includes :- LESS THAN HALF PRICE !!!! 1 - RA390-025M19-11L cutting dia 1.00" - holding dia 1.00" - 3 inserts installed. approx. length 2 31/64ths" 1 - RA390-016M19-11L cutting dia 5/8" - holding dia 3/4 " - 2 inserts installed. approx. length 2 15/64ths" 1 - RA390-013M16-11L cutting dia 1/2" - holding dia 5/8" - 1 insert installed. approx. length 1 59/64ths " Various inserts are available for cutting different materials that all fit this insert holder. ( P-M-K-N-S-H ) Note - RA390 -019M19 - 11L cutting dia 3/4 " - holding dia 3/4 " dia - 3 insert cutter is also available at a reduced separate price . Details could be discussed with a prospective or interested buyer. This 3/4 " cutter would definitely compliment the other 3 insert cutters and complete the set from 1/2 inch dia to 1.0 " dia.
