It features a 12’’ wide heating zone per burner area, chrome knobs with easy to read on/off indicators, convertible gas regulator with gas connections, and a polished steel 3/4’’ thick griddle that maintains even heat throughout the cooking process. The stainless and aluminized steel construction, in combination with welded griddle plate and front sliding drip pan tray ensures that users experience easy cleaning after every use.
