This C I meter is quite useful as shown in the pictures displaying the crystal frequency. Press the 'R' toggle switch and read the equivalent series resonant resistance, or press the C1 toggle and read and adjust the series capacitance from 20 to 60pf. Now you can read the new frequency with a desired cap in series as you press the Fp toggle switch.  There is an IEEE bus in the rear. I will show the buyer how to calculate the important crystal parameters like Q, motional capacity and motional inductance if they request this.  Int'l shipping per USPS.
