It also covers how to fit and operate the lever-operated quick-closing attachment as well as how to replace the closing dogs. The manual has a foldout with cross-sectional view parts diagrams of the 70-31 headstock with the quick-closing attachment. It then covers how to adjust the screw-operated carriage 70-45 and provides a specifications sheet on it.
