This is a USED Scott Air Pak 4.5 SCBA pack frame with the Pressur Pak regulator and PASS assembly as shown. The bottle latch is broken, see the photos. The retaining ring for the pin is missing This was part of some surplus stock we took in and we are told it was working when removed from service but I simply don't have any scott bottles on hand to fully test it, so they are sold as is. SHIPPING We list 3 days handling time but typically ship next day. I had to increase the handling time to 3 days due to a recent ebay policy that punishes sellers if they do not ship within the stated time. Unfortunately this policy does not take into account holidays or weekends. So we added the extra days to take into account days that we do not ship in case you order on a Friday evening we will not ship until the following Monday morning, for example. This will be  shipped by USPS mail or UPS ground as soon as payment is received.  International customers are responsible for any and all customs or duty fees charged upon receipt in your country. Those fees are not included in this sale. PAYMENT Payment by paypal or credit card. For credit card payments, follow the links on the invoice to go to the paypal website for processing. You do not need a paypal account to use this service, just follow the links below where it asks you to sign in. All ARIZONA shipments must pay sales tax.
