You are bidding on a Scott Eagle 6 thermal imager smart charger, and TWO new-old-stock batteries that have been tested to make sure they hold a full charge.  This quick charger is in excellent working shape, and includes 2 slots for rapid charging your DR-30 batteries for your imager.  The charger, unlike the original charger sold with the camera, has advanced smart-charging circuitry, and a capacity check switch that allows you to set a pre-determined charge for your batteries.  If for some reason, your batteries start to weaken with age, and the percentage charge capacity is not met, the charger will let you know.  With this feature, you will always know which batteries are in need of replacement, rather than finding out a battery is weak when it fails on a mission critical job.  Scott imagers are really well built, and will last for years.  This is your opportunity to keep your imager going strong with a quality charger and two good batteries.
