SCREEN PRINTING ANC MYSTIC SPOT CLEANING  REMOVAL TOOL GUNThis dependable and durable cleaning gun is designed to handle the strongest of solvents. A more affordable spot remover spray gun for smaller shops. The handle is made of metal, to resist breakage. This item should only be used with spot remover fluids, never use water or flammable solvents.The ability to blow out cured plastisol, mistakes and other spots on garments using a high pressure spray which is adjustable without an air compressor. 3000 psi. Gun uses 110 V electrical power. This unit is an airless spray gun which provides a powerful spray through its precision adjustable nozzle, allowing the operator to infinitely adjust from jet to mist. This makes possible the cleaning of dedicates such as silk and satin without the risk of ringing. Tool Using: Lay the fabric over the exhaust area of your cleaning station (also known as the “buck” or “grated” areas). Turn on the vacuum – or, if a cleaning table is not available, wad a clean white cloth firmly into a ball. Lay the fabric over the tightly wadded “ball” as if you were tightly covering a baseball. This is used as a protective backing to keep your hands and fingers away from the powerful flow of spray. Spray the stained fabric area at an angle, carefully aiming the nozzle directly at the “stain” which ensures no contact with skin. KEEP FINGERS, HANDS AND OTHER BODY PARTS CLEAR FROM THE SPRAY GUN TIP WHICH CAN GENERATE UP TO 1750 PSI (OUCH!!!) Repeat as necessary using air to speed drying until that area is dried and the stain is gone. (NOTE:SHOULD A”RING” APPEAR, SPRAY ON PULL OUT FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS)
