You are looking at a large pen holder/sign table. This is from Phillips Petroleum Company Ivory Coast Espoir Field 1982. It has a unique picture of a ship coming from an oil refinery on the water on the top. My guess as to what this is used for is to hold a pen and then a check, document, etc. can be placed on the top and signed. It measures around 10-12 inches long and 6-8 inches tall. This does have wear, it has scratch marks and scuffs on the whole thing and the pen part is coming up from the bottom, but not loose like it is going to fall out. Please see photos. I'm not sure what this is made of. I'm thinking resin but can't be 100% sure. Please see photos! Would make a unique desk accessory at work :) WARNING! PLEASE READ!
