I am not sure but it appears to be for BLC connectors, the polishing jig fits the holding fixture on the OFL-15 and OFL-12 mass production polishers made by Seiko Instruments Inc.(SII). This is a polishing puck jig fixture which holds up to 12 fibers outfitted with some kind of small ferrules and is used for mechanically polishing the ends of fiber-optic jumpers, cables, patchcords or assemblies. If you are looking for a certain type of jig/puck for the OFL-15 then ask me, I may have one.
