To eliminate burning or scorching, the FSP features a pre-calibrated thermostat that senses the food temperature and turns a 500 watt heating element on or off as needed. Warm and dispense hot topping from a #10 can or stainless steel jar 94009 (included). Temperature settings are marked on thermostat knob. Power is controlled with an ON/OFF rocker switch. Server Products FSP topping warmer with pump is NSF Listed as a rethermalization unit to ensure food is quickly heated to a safe temperature before bacteria has an opportunity to grow. The stainless steel pump assembly works with fingertip ease. Plus, cast valve bodies and welded joints offer corrosion resistance and durability. Maximum stroke yields a 1-oz. serving.
