This is a set of 4 actuators.  We used them VERY lightly for a 3 month period in 2013, in our lab for the purposes of R&D.  We have since moved on from this project and are cleaning house.   Each actuator has a travel of 2" and a for of 15lbs.  They are 12V DC and a transformer is included. Manual is included. Model# PA-14-2-15
