Set-Up Stick w/ Tippy Clamps. Adjustable metal-holding clamp for CNC machining or the benchtop. Great for use on 3-,4-, and 5-axis machines. The Stop is adjustable in 1/4" increments, made to fit stock material on the nominal 1/4" sizes (1", 1.25", 1.5", 1.75"....10.5"). The Stop is adjustable to accommodate stock which varies from nominal--just flip the Stop around for a slightly different stopping position. The Clamp functions similarly to a Pit Bull clamp but has a serrated clamping surface different geometry.  Machinists, this clamp will make your life easier.  Colliflower, LLC was started by a machinist and stays true to its roots. We employ this clamp almost exclusively for all our different stock material sizes.  The Stop and Clamp are hardened to 40 RC. This posting is for a Starter Set, which is: 2 Sticks, 2 Clamps, 2 Stops. Additional Stops and Clamps can be purchased at colliflower-zci.com for jobs in which multiple parts on the same Stick must be run. With this set-up, offsets are easy and dependable. Just move the Stop to the desired position and adjust offsets in 0.2500" increments. Slight modifications have been made since being featured in Modern Machine Shop magazine--mainly the Stop adjustment increments. Patent-pending design.
