If in a town vs. on a farm, just ask the building inspector who will usually clear it for your use. We have some helpful generic plan drawings of similar units as these we can email you or him...2 building inspectors have already ok'd. NOTE: We also have a second one available built the same but the paint is not as good and needs a joist which we could replace with new. It fell off its pier blocks when I accidentally bumped it with a farm machine. If for habitation both need ceiling insulation removed and replaced (about $500 at Lowes and fresh drop ceiling panels which are $2 apiece from a source I found, NEW. So for a very small price you can get one or both buildings. Buy both together and have almost 2,000 square fee! Try building one of this quality for $5/square foot. this price-nobody can.
