Replacement goods will only be dispatched once the faulty item has been returned to us, tested at our facility and proven to be faulty. Refunds (including postage) will only be given if on re-testing the goods prove to be faulty and we are unable to replace the goods with like for like or equivalent goods. Any goods sold for “spares, repair or AS-IS”, are not covered by our returns policy and no warranties are given or implied for these goods. If the goods you have returned are re-tested and found not faulty a 20% re-stocking charge will be incurred and the cost of any postage will not be refunded.
