At the client's request, the grinder can be equipped with a frequency-controlled, stepless main drive with 6 pre-programmable speeds at 40 kW. There's also a separate panel box made of stainless steel and an approximately 1.8 kW feeding motor that can be individually switched on and off. The hopper capacity boasts approximately 300 litres of space, and the worm, worm housing, and closing nut are all made completely of stainless steel. The elongated feet add a higher outlet for loading trolleys, while the protection device at the outlet is electrically interlocked for extra safety. Additionally, the Sheydelmann Industrial Meat Grinder comes with a hopper safety frame fitted with a rocker switch. This device is keyword-rich content and excellent for use in meat processing plants, allowing operators to quickly and efficiently grind large quantities of meats in an economical way. The Sheydelmann Industrial Meat Grinder, model AE130/3, boasts a grinding plate diameter of 130mm or 5.12 inches. It is constructed mostly of durable stainless steel and features a 2-speed working worm and a 2-speed feeding worm made of special steel that is both conical and extra wide, fitting seamlessly with the rectangular working worm. The grinder is powered by a 3-phase IP 55 motor that is closed off completely and offers roughly 14/18 kW. It even comes with a thermal overload switch-off for added safety.
