Manufacturer: Shimadzu Condition: Used. Very nice. Notes: We connected this pump to a two stage vane pump and fired it up. Vacuum was measured with an Inficon BPG400 combi-gauge. It ran well with no noises or problems. Braking slows the pump when switched off. Since this is a maglev, power must remain applied as long as the rotor spins. We measured vacuum in the low -7 range with the two stage vane pump connected to the foreline. The pump was removed from the load lock of a 12' wafer tool and there's no contamination visible to the naked eye. Summary: Here's a very nice maglev from a respectable mfr. ready to work. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
