Each weighs approximately 151-199 lbs, constructed with plywood , staggered steel base angle and corner brackets with a built on pallet. This crate can be knocked-down for more efficient storage and shipment-see photos. PLEASE NOTE-These are not new and are being sold as used crates. If you are in need of new absolutely defect free cosmetically perfect new crates do not buy these. You will have a hard time finding a crate of this quality with the availability of on-going supplies at this price. We move about 12,000 of these per year and have satisfied customers around the globe! We have an on-going supply so if you need one or you need 1000 we can handle it. The crates assemble without tools as the steel hardware slips into slots in the plywood-you might have to use a hammer to help however. Contact me for a video showing the assembly, it takes about 60 seconds to assemble one crate. Up to 234 crates can be shipped knocked-down on a 53’ semi-trailer!
