With a maximum forming area of 46" X 58" and a maximum sheet size of 48" X 60", this machine is perfect for various forming jobs. Two new features have been added to all machines shipped after October 1, 2013. First, if the heaters are on and the machine is not used for one hour, they will automatically shut off; by pressing the start pushbutton, they will come back on. Second, to diminish the webbing that many times occurs on tall, male molds, we have incorporated the pulsating vacuum which functions as a toggling valve with which you can control the duration of pulse, interval between pulses, and number of pulses. This SIBE Automation Vacuum Forming Machine is a factory floor proven machine which is manufactured with a full line of thermoforming machines, single stations, double enders, drying ovens, and 3 axis CNC routers. This vacuum forming machine is built to order with a build time of 4-6 weeks and comes with a 12 month limited warranty. It is PLC controlled with a friendly touch screen operator interface for manual, set up, and automatic operation. The platen as well as clamping frames are mounted on linear bearings that ride on hardened shafts. The cooling of the material is provided by two 3250 CFM fan vacuum system which includes a 1.5 HP Becker pump, 50-gallon accumulating tank, high flow-pilot operated 1" diameter vacuum valve, and one flexible vacuum hose to attach to molds.
