This machine was replaced by a newer model and taken directly out of hospital lab enviroment and is being listed by us for Resale. I have gone through all of the systems on this machine, tested all of the quality control diagnostics and all of the tests come back the same: The cartridges need to be replaced. I also contacted SIEMENS technical support and found out that this unit whomever the owner becomes gets 100% customer support. Through SIEMENS I was able to get a password to operate the machine. The buyer of this machine will beable to REGISTER it with SIEMENS immediately and get that customer support as I did. Your going to need to replace the cartidges for use, but other than that it is ready to go ! There are some scratches on the unit which is evident from previous use but there is nothing wrong with the unit, no missing pieces. I found one crack on the side panel of the unit however it was very minimal and I repaired it. The touchscreen works flawlessly, I went through all of the software and ran all of the diagnostic checks on the machine. It has some cosmetic flaws but other than that it is in excellent working order.
