 This is packaged with the operations manual and install disk (3.5 Floppy) in a static shield bag.  The generator itself is also in its own bag.  The item appears new and unused but I am honestly uncertain of it's past.  I purchased this with a large electronics lot that was donated to the local second hand store.  Several of the items in the lot were new and unused but please don't take that as me saying this item is new.  That's just further information for you to go by.  The generator itself is also wrapped in bubble wrap with a sticker that hasn't been removed.  Once again, that is simply more information for you.  Please let me know all of your questions or concerns before purchasing this item as it is sold AS IS With NO RETURNS and I want you to be informed and happy with your purchase afterwords.
