Silvano Espresso Machine by Quick Mill The Silvano, an entry level machine with advanced features. Silvano combines beauty, value, and the latest PID technology for making the best espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes you’ve ever tasted! Silvano has excellent temperature control with its PID controller and has a boiler for coffee and a thermoblock for steam, each with its own pump. The thermoblock allows for unlimited steam and can be turned off independently from the coffee boiler to conserve energy. Occasionally, we are asked if the cup rail can be removed to allow the machine to fit under a cabinet. You can remove the rail, but you would need to do so from the inside of the machine. In other words, you would take the outer shell off and unscrew the rails; as a reminder, you would be left with the holes on the top cover. The Silvano without the rail changes the overall height from 16" to 15”.
