 The first impression your guests will have of the food that you will present to them happens long before their food is ever delivered, it happens when they unroll their napkin and see shiny or dirty silverware.  A safe and clean environment always tops the polls when patrons are surveyed and the small detail of clean silverware will certainly impact the experience of each guest in a big way.  Our silverware PreSoak is the perfect solution to ensure always having shiny silverware for each and every guest with no added stress to your staff/work force. Silverware Presoak when diluted from it’s super-concentrate formula is still a concentrate!  From the diluted product, use 1 cup (8oz) and add to 1 Gallon of water to formulate the final product for usage, preferably in a “Bus Tub”.  Place solution close to sink and in a prime location for servers/busers to place their dirty silverware into as they are breaking down their plates in the “Dish-Pit”. For best usage, depending on the amount of volume of silverware being washed each evening, dispose of the solution and replenish with fresh chemicals 1-3 times per shift. This product ships in increments of quart bottles.  Each quart bottle of super-concentrate will dilute to make 5 gallons of finished product.  5 Gallon package includes (1) quart bottle of super-concentrate, 1 spray mister (for diluting product) and 2 gloves.  20 Gallon package includes (4) quart bottles of super-concentrate, 1 spray mister (for diluting product) and 8 gloves.  35 Gallon package includes (1) 5gallon Bucket, (7) quarts of super-concentrate, 1 spray mister (for diluting product) and 14 gloves.
