For your consideration I have a Simpson Model 221 Roto Ranger multi meter. Item is untested but looks to be in great condition. The selector switch moves nice and easy, no hard or rough spots. Outside case shows wear and tear, there is a small piece of black electrical tape on one edge and the handle shows some age, again item is in used condition. The inside shows the plastic film pealing off in the corners and various other spots (this looks typical for these meters?). The inside of the case is clean, no issues there. There is some corrosion on the battery terminals but does not extend or show anywhere else? Some spots on the inside panel, possible condensation at one time all connections look to be in place, nothing missing as far as I can tell. Item is from a non-smoking pet free environment (smells like a typical old electronic). Please ask questions before bidding?
