Offered for sale is a new SKG model 701A Kelvin clip for use on an Agilent 4338B milli-ohm meter.  When used with the 4338A/B, model 701A is a plug/play compatible replacement for the HP 16338A and Kelvin clip attachment, which is no longer available as a new product.  Model 701A can also a plug/play compatible replacement for HP/Agilent 16089B - maximum opening between clip jaws is 6 mm.  The clip is made for precise gripping of the DUT.   It can be used with many LCR meters, including HP/Agilent 4274A, 4275A, 4278A, 4268A, 4263A/B, 4288A, E4981A, etc.  Maximum usable frequency 100 KHz.    When equipped with BNC to banana adapters, model 700A is usable with any DCR meter that is equipped for four terminal Kelvin measurement of DCR.  Model 701A is manufactured in the US by SKG Automation and includes a 1 year warranty.
