Daiichi Shomei Skytron LR41069 Dual Ceiling Flush Mount OR Medical Dental Light I have 4 identical systems if you need more than the one offered here. Contact me if you need more than one set. These lights are complete with two lights, power supply and wall control but there is no controller to operate the servo motors? I am not sure what type of controller they use. I was able to test function of both lamps and all servo motors. The 100 watt lamp works and both the servo motors do work. Guaranteed not to be DOA. Very easy installation. After receiving the first set I am certain you will be back for the other three sets. They are that nice! Consists of two metal light boxes that mount flush in the ceiling, power supply box and wall panel to individually control each light ( on off, brightness ). Each light is equipped with 13" diameter dome, 2 servo motors, glass condenser and 24 volt 100 watt halogen lamp. Lamp change is easy by simply taking out one screw and removing the dome. On the back of each light is a hole to screw in a piece of all thread to mount in the ceiling for single point above ceiling mounting. Specifics- Skytron In Ceiling Dual Surgical Light Systm Model: LR41069 Serial No's: 990909, 990908 120 Volts - 1.25 Amps - 60 Hz 24 volt 100 Watt halogen lamps (each) Wall control panel with on/off, dimmer control 13" diameter domes. Requires 16" x 16" Hole in ceiling for each box. Face plates are 16" x 16" Overall height including domes: 13" CONDITION I went completely through these lights from top to bottom to ensure they are working properly. All adjustments and controls are working exactly as they are designed. The cases are nice with some minimal sign of normal use and no damage. The finish has a couple very small blemishes in the paint and the domes have some minor scratches but nothing to affect the operation. Both lamps are super bright. The servo motors to control the XY adjustments are working properly. Very easy with color coded wiring.
