Shipment of products to the buyer's destination is included in the price of the products. Emergency and rush orders may be subject to an additional shipping charge. The buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods upon receipt, and must report any damages to the seller immediately. Seller is not responsible for duty or customs fees. These Slide File Cards are an efficient solution for fast retrieval of slides. They measure 5"L x 3"W and come in a 12 pack, fitting nicely in a slide card file cabinet. With the ability to hold up to 400 slides (100 cards), you can organize and classify your slides with ease. Your fingers never touch the slides, ensuring their safety during handling. Excusable delays, such as those caused by acts of God or other factors outside the control of either party, may suspend obligations under this agreement for a reasonable period of time. Any taxes applicable to the sale, delivery, or use of products will be included in the price and invoiced to buyer, unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. CeilBlue accepts US PayPal for payment. Orders below $125 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States will be charged an $8.95 shipping and handling fee. Orders over $125 before tax qualify for standard ground delivery at no extra cost. The terms and conditions outlined in this document supersede any purchase order made by the buyer for seller's products. Payment for products must be made in full within 30 days (Net 30). Past due balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge unless disputed in good faith. If the buyer fails to pay any amount due, seller may suspend performance, increase prices by 1.5%, or declare other amounts invoiced to the buyer immediately due and payable. All requests for return of products must be authorized by seller's customer care department prior to returning goods. Full credit will be issued for products shipped in error by the seller or nonconforming products returned within 30 days in the original packaging and received in resalable condition. Products that are not returnable to the vendor will not be credited. Please note that while we strive to provide accurate product representation, some images may represent more than one item.
