This item has never been installed, which is why I'm listing it as "New, Other" however it *has* been handled and has some issues, described above. “Unused with defects. There are two deep scratches, one on the top of the assembly just to the right and under the green button (it goes from the black plastic and about 1/4" across the chrome). This appears to be cosmetic only, as the green button operates normally. The 2nd is at the base of the assembly in the front. This one may be more than cosmetic. As you can see, it also has a small ding. I turned the assembly over and photographed it, pointing out the ding with the yellow arrow. It may or may not interfere with installation of the unit. It is a very minor ding, but it is near the threading. You can feel it slightly running a finger along the inside threading. It *may* need to be knocked out a bit or pulled out slightly with pliers before installation. Please see last photo where I point to the inside threading where the ding is located.”
