This item is previously owned, but tested and working well. You will receive the PWP-2000, power cord, dust cover, owner's manual and one disk (Smith Corona Tutorial/Address Merge). PLEASE NOTE: This unit will require a new ribbon! There will not be a ribbon in this unit when it is delivered. We ship within ONE business day!! Sometimes even the same day! (Excluding holidays and weekends). Sales on Friday will ship on Monday (or possibly Friday if it's early enough). We also offer multiple shipping options - please select the method that's best for you! Typically, priority mail runs 2-3 business days, parcel post 2-9 business days and overnight is...well.....overnight. If this is a "media mail" listing (books), that can run a few days up to 2 weeks depending on how far you are from Florida (it's very similar to parcel post shipping).
