The Medfusion 3500 is a portable syringe pump that offers a variety of delivery modes that can be programmed to meet specific needs. Fluids can be delivered from a variety of syringe manufacturers in sizes from 1 to 60ml. This pump features an infrared port that allows programming and data import and export from a PC. This pump was recently decommissioned from a local hospital. It has a chip in the plastic on the front left corner and it is missing one of the rubber feet. It has been tested as follows: A 10ml B-D syringe was installed and the unit correctly identified the syringe size and the status of the barrel, flange, and plunger clamps. The unit was programmed and operated in all available delivery modes without error indications. The unit was put in biomed mode and operation of the keypad, display, and indicators were checked. All keys and indicators operate correctly and the display is clear and bright with no bad pixels. The software version is 1.5 and the main version is 4.1.5. The biomed sticker shows 2/2012 as the last service; the unit showed no operation time since the last calibration when I obtained it, so it has probably been sitting since the last check. The battery charges to some degree, but it probably should be replaced if it's been sitting that long. I'm selling this syringe pump guaranteed to be as described. Good Luck!
