This freezer is in Good cosmetic condition from several feet away but up close displays lots of minor blemishes from prior use. There are small scrapes/scuffs and spots of adhesive residue, as well as residues from epoxy that was rubbed-on near the handle, and small places with "surface" rust where a very sticky label took the paint with it. The latch and its handle have been removed, and there are some heavy dents on the "open end" edge of the door Notes: We set the minimum setpoint the controller allows (-25ºC) and waited. Starting at 34ºc cooling down to -18ºc took about 3 hrs. We let it run overnight and the temperature did not go down any further. The compressor runs quietly. The door holds itself shut with vacuum pressure and slight magnetism of the seal even without the latch. No other testing was done.
