The most common problems with machines is user error, it is important that you have read the manual and properly set up the machine with the proper mix and the proper electrical connections made by a Licensed Electrician. Hire a Licensed Electrician: DO NOT hook up the power yourself, we intentionally do not include a plug with any machines so that your Electrician installs the correct plug and power source. For Service Most any refrigeration tech can work on these machines. DO NOT INSTALL YOURSELF - This is a commercial machine and requires proper power - You should have a licensed electrician set up the proper power supply and plug. Using the wrong power and plug can cause permanent damage to the machine and will void the warranty.
