This is a 2009 machine (serial number 3601) with 19,917 hours on it as of 10/29/2014. The 3d printer is a DOS based desktop printing system able to create high resolution three dimensional wax parts for investment casting from CAD software. The T612-BT2 has a build envelope of 12" x 6" x 6". Layer thickness of from .0005" to .0030". The footprint of the machine is 28" x 19.5" x 19.5" and weighs 96 lbs. The model material is InduraCast and the support material is InduraFill. Both materials are non-toxic. The ambient operating environment of the machine is 60 - 80 degrees F. This is a bench top machine that runs on 115 V 60 Hz AC with a 20 Ampere circuit or 230 V 50 Hz AC with a 10 Ampere circuit. Both heated lines have been replaces within the last month along with the Y-axis motor and main X-axis belt. All other belts are new or in good condition. The build print head and the support print head have both been replaced in the last couple months. It works well and produces very accurate wax models used for investment casting. It came with a vacuum cleaner for removal of dust while running. The original vacuum expired so we replaced it with a vacuum built into our facility, so it is being sold minus the vacuum system. It comes with the Modelworks software required to generate the files for the machine along with any spare parts we have which include a new print head and a slightly used support head and a new X-axis motor and several belts and hoses. The buyer would need to add a small vacuum cleaner to the machine to take away any dust. The output hose is a standard size that fits many vacuums.
