I am selling it just as I received it. I plugged in it, it does power ON. It will forward and reverse just fine. The problem I have found is, when I press PLAY the tape wont turn. I cant hear anything being played because the LISTEN button pops right back up and it stops completely.  There is some kinda problem with the tape being picked up and played. Selling it AS IS.
