The PT-40 is an economic, table-top, electrically powered (1/2-HP), sorghum and sugar cane juice extractor. It is ideal for small settings where there is not much space such as counter-tops, cramped market stalls, restaurant kitchens or large family home use. This portable, lightweight and economic Juice Extractor is capable of extracting up to 2.2 quarts (2.2 liters) of juice from 11 pounds (5-kgs.) of cane per minute. It works equally as well extracting juice from sweet sorghum cane. It is fairly lightweight at 135 pounds (60-kgs.) and can be transported from location-to-location if needed. It is great at parties, small social events, farmer's markets, festivals or a small-scale home business.
