NORTH COUNTRY GANSON ROSE EQUIPMENT Is offering a Southbend 30 gallon, Hydraulic Tilting Pan Braising Skillet. Model # BEMTS-30, Serial # 456271S069. Braiser is 480 volts, three phase, NSF and SA approved. Braiser comes complete and ready for use. Braiser has been in use up to date and is in excellent working condition. Heats up quickly, tilt works fine. Braiser measures 36"x33"x41" and weighs approx. 700 lbs. Braiser can be picked up or shipped from either of our 14482 or 13440 locations. There is no charge to crate or ship this unit to your commercial location. Free shipping does not include residential delivery of lift gate service. All equipment is guaranteed for 14 days from the time you receive it. Other information for this unit can be found at southbendnc.com SPECIFICATIONS: Shall be a Southbend model _____________________________, electrically heated hydraulic tilting skillet c-CSA-us and NSF certified. The unit shall have a spring assisted, hinged, stainless steel cover complete with full width handle, no-drip condensate guide and vent port with swing cover. The pan body shall have a sloped front and be front hinged for tilting and easy pour control and comes with a removable pour strainer. Formed from 10 gauge stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and polished interior with coved corners for easy cleaning. Cooking surface shall be 5/8” thick stainless steel clad plate for even heat distribution over entire cooking surface. The pan shall be fitted with tubular heating elements clamped to the under side. The pan shall be mounted on a heavy duty, welded, angle constructed frame fitted with 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet on the front and flange feet on the rear for securing to the floor. Enclosed with #4 finished type 304 stainless steel with removable side panel and two stainless steel front cabinet doors. All controls are mounted in the cabinet base which include temperature thermostat, temperature light, tilt switch, high limit thermostat and hydraulic lift system powered by a 1/2 HP electrical motor for smooth and precise tilting action. Cooking temperatures are between 160°F - 445°F (70°C - 230°C This item will ship direct from us or the manufacturer for FREE to a commercial business address. You can also pick up for FREE at a Freight Warehouse. Residential deliveries will be $100 to your door (No inside delivery or uncrating.) Businesses without a loading dock will be subject to a lift-gate fee of $70.00, if you want or need liftgate. This item can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid residential charges or lift-gate charges. Equipment can be slid into a pick-up bed off of the freight truck to avoid lift-gate charges. If you need either lift-gate service or residential delivery we will need to know before shipping, otherwise they will not deliver product and you will be subject to a $75.00 re-delivery fee.
