The BMJ200I with manual controls, manual oven control (100° to 325° F) and dial thermometer. Total versatiltiy....raosting, bar-b-quing, smoking and holding all in one oven. Just add one small log (max. 4" diameter, 10" long, ) to the firebox and your oven becomves a genuine bar-b-que oven, providing that distinctive, authentic bar-b-que flavor, aroma and texture - slow cooking over the heat and smoke of burning wood. Its great for Beef, Pork, Poultry and Seafood also. Self-basting rotisserie, enhances flavor and texture the natural way- from the meat's own juces. It has been designed with the operator in mind. Venting: the model BMJ200I must be install under an exhaust, check local building codes prior to installation. i called southern pride: If you can find: 10 x 24 food tray is part number 970022 and it's $75.00 . approx. new price. part 2461. i have a manual for it, i printed too. The factory says it's no longer in production the food tray. You would have to find a person or auction site, or someone whose selling the unit, maybe they have spare parts for sale, or maybe you have this unit already and you have the parts. *COMES WITH 3 FOOD TRAYS, AS OF RIGHT NOW, AND 7 SPITS-CHICKEN SPITS-S/S.
