PRIMER FOR UV-PRINTING ON FURNITURE LAMINATE   WE HAVE THREE DIFFERENT TYPES SP45 PRIMER FOR UV-PRINTING ON FURNITURE LAMINATE. YOU CAN USE ANY OF THESE THREE TYPES. FOR THE BEST RESULT YOU HAVE TO TRY ALL THREE TYPES AND CHOOSE ONE. THAT’S BECAUSE FUNITURE LAMINATE IS VERY DIFFERENT. Type 1 and Type 2 are for dark color cover. Type 3 is for white color cover.  APPLICATION INSTRUCTION  • Before application, clean the laminated surface from contamination, degrease it with an organic solvent, and dry it.  • Apply a thin layer of the primer on a surface of the item.  • Dry the item not less than 3 hours at room temperature. Air heating of the item allows decreasing the drying time.    • After drying, use the item for printing.    PRIMER CONSUMPTION   Primer consumption is 100 ml on 3.5-4.5 sq. m.   SAFETY PRECAUTIONS  Although the primer has a low toxicity, it contains volatile and flammable components, therefore you should observe the following safety precautions during its application: • Use it in well ventilated areas. • Do not carry out work near the open fire and strong source of heat. • Protect your hands with the rubber gloves. • In case of a contact with skin and clothing, the primer should be washed off by a jet of water.   STORAGE   • The primer should be stored in a dark and cool place at the temperature no higher than 300C with tightly closed lid. • Cold-resistant.   NOTE  Note that the primer is not intended for increasing of mechanical resistance, firmness, abrasion resistance of a cured printed layer. These properties are determined by a brand of the used inks.
