This is a great chair, for someone with longer legs/taller than I (5'5"). I got this in early October, 2014. Used sparingly since in home office, in perfect condition otherwise. Adjustable lumbar support, tilt/recline, adjustable arms, good casters that actually work on carpet or hard surface, the works! Assembly was surprisingly easy; I mean shockingly, surprisingly easy, no Ikea-esque diaster here. Original box and Lifetime Warranty (see image of warranty card).
