This is a NEW (no packaging) Spears 3" SCH80 PVC Butterfly Valve model 253311-030 together with a Spears 3" SCH80 two-piece flange.  These are new - never used - but they do not have their original packaging and show very slight wear from storage.  This is a lever valve - but I do not have the lever.  It will need to be purchased separately.  This valve has Viton O-rings and a max pressure of 150PSI at 73 degrees.  This is a great deal - as these valves are $300 new without the extra flange.
