Manufacturer: Speedline Technologies Condition: Used. This printer is in Good cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use. There are lots of scratches in the paint where operators usually touch the machine, as well as a cracked plastic window. There is one connector that looks like it was VERY hot at one point, and lots of residues from prior use in the nooks and crannies inside. The previous owner was using this machine with PSA so it is probably adhesive residue. Notes: We are not expert in the use of this equipment, so we were not able to give a full test but it seems to be working. The computer boots and loads Windows and the machine software automatically. We were able to get all the moving axes moving and the machine successfully RESET (homed each axis). We did not have a stencil or any boards that it knows, and during our testing it would tell us it had to have its stencil height finding routine done (which always failed without a stencil) and it wanted us to remove a board from the tracks (we are not sure if there is a bad sensor or if it needs alignment or if it just wanted to see a board and didn't). It sounds like there is a huge air leak inside, but with the cooling fans moving so much air we were not able to tell if it is a leak or just a blowoff gun or something. No other testing was done. The winning bidder will NEED to have some expertise setting up these machines before it can be put into full service.
