The PK44AM Spiral Dough Mixer, is a great dough mixer for medium and large business. Ideal machine for kneading bread, pizza and, pastry. With 1-speed motor and liftable head, the PK44AM is extremely durable and reliable.  The spiral minimizes the processing time without overheating the dough. The frame is made of sturdy steel to eliminate vibration during machining. The steel-bowl, the spiral, the shaft are made in strong high stainless steel, as the protection cover and frame. The chain drive system works with a 1 speed geared motor. Standard timer.
