Tulsa Power® Model RSDP-101 Deluxe Variable Speed Bench Respooler   Capacity (Payout and Take-up): ?                  2” to 18” Reel Flange Diameter. ?                  2” to 12” Reel Width. ?                  1/2” to 2” Reel Arbor Holes. ?                  150 lbs. Maximum Weight.   The RSD-P101 comes complete and ready for operation.  This model is specifically engineered for the flexibility and fast adaptability necessary to run a wide range of spool and wire sizes with minimum set-up time.  The system offers level wind and a predetermined stop-to-length counter for professional appearing packages and minimal operator attention.  The system includes:   ?                  1/2 HP, AC, 120 VAC, 1? drive for 0 to 1000 FPM operation. ?                  Speed is modulated by foot pedal or master speed dial control. ?                  Shaftless style spool mounting, spools are held in place by live center arbor cones supported on columns. ?                  Foot actuated slide/lock action automatically adjusts for spool width and bore size combination. ?                  Variable pitch levelwind to adjust for wire size with thumbscrew stops to adjust for spool width.   ?                  Electromagnetic payoff clutch with separate controls for tension and braking. ?                  Predetermined stop-to-length RC-10 measurer for 28 ga. to 5/16” OD material.  Measurer includes wire footage counter with push button setting and zero reset lever. **NOTE:  Counts up (adds) only. Will not count down (subtract). ?                  Control console with main power switch and indicator light, tension braking dial setting, main and brake fuses and receptacle for DC motor controller. ?                  Acceleration control to ramp up the speed.   This unit is used but in really good condition.
