Our custom packages for your box truck include installation of an aluminum body, a custom curbside door, and a sanded floor with polyurethane. We also include an insulated structural divider wall and custom fabrication for your air dryer, Helix proportioner, and plumbing bridge. Additionally, we offer custom Gates or Parker air and fluid lines, a heavy tool box with an Oak chopping block top, an Etrack drum restraint system, and a custom aluminum hose rack. This package from #junctioncrew #crewbox is designed for your box truck and features the new Helix FR28 from Titan, 200ft of Surefire Heated hose, a 25kw Kubota diesel generator, a 5hp Rolair Compressor, and a matching Hankisson Air Dryer. The custom fittings for the supply, air, and recirculation are installed by a licensed SC contractor and meet Canadian codes and US standards. The package includes finishing factory floors with polyurethane, 3/8" sanded plywood ceilings, 5/8" sanded plywood walls, and a fully insulated box. We recommend the Hino 195 or Isuzu NRR with Morgan bodies as ideal options for your custom package.
