Patriot Supply distributes products that require professional installation and use of trained service professionals to service and repair heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation appliances. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail for international buyers, unless otherwise specified, and all international shipments will have tracking numbers. International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes on orders shipped internationally. The package will be insured for the full value of the item(s) being shipped. International transit times are subject to estimates, as customs may hold items. During winter hours (September 1st through March 31st), customer support is available Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm (closed on Sundays). During summer hours (April 1st through August 31st), customer support is available Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The SSC-109 pump strainer, manufactured by Strainer Screen & Cylinder, is a standard 3 GPH strainer with a height of 1-1/8" and a screen mesh of 90x100. It is a replacement for the SUNTEC 3715732-HK and RS-939 models, and is also referred to as SSC109, SSC109, and P193-3. Returns may only be cancelled if the items have not yet been shipped to the customer. Once the item has been shipped, it can only be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product. Items returned need to be new and in original undamaged packaging, with items being in resalable condition and subject to inspection. Refunds or exchanges will be provided once the original item has been received and processed, but the original shipping amount will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and electrical items cannot be returned if they have been installed; however, if the item is a warranty, then a replacement will be provided. Payment for purchases can be made via PayPal, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or debit cards. Checks are also accepted, but must clear before item(s) can be shipped and wire transfers can be used as well. All purchases require payment within five business days from the purchase date.
