A lot of 10 RFE (Removed From Equipment)  ST Microelectronics Dual Schottky rectifiers in the TO-247 package.. Type No. STPS40L15CW common cathode configuration, center lead is common cathodes in common with metal thermal path pad on back of package. 20 A per diode, 40 A total 15 PIV. V(F) spec is .41 Volts MAX at 19 A 25 deg. C. TO-247 package (case) w/isolated mounting hole (insulated shoulder washers and  heatsink mounting hole insulating bushings NOT REQUIRED). If required by application, insulating pad required between heatsink and device.  For LV applications, I recommend an electrically isolated heatsink. R(th) 1.6 deg. C/Watt Junction to case, heatsink required for heat dissipation. Full datasheet can be found online. RFE -- solder on leads, leads about 1 cm (~3/8") long.  All units you receive will be tested for forward drop at 1A (no heatsink) and reverse leakage at 15 Volts at room temperature.  I tested one unit for reverse leakage at 15 Volts, each diode was ~ 1.2 mA, well within spec.  Forward Ohmmeter test was good.
