Stainless Steel interior, gas heated, 2-stage (wash/dry) conveyor washer.  Make is a Kemac.  Cannot find a model or serial number.  We purchased this as a used unit and completely re-built all the electrical to include push button operation for every function.  3PH 460/480V supply power.  Controls include; conveyor start/stop, wash pump start/stop, air blower/dryer start/stop, exhaust fans (2) wash side & dry side (independently controlled), water fill - manual/automatic, along with fault indicators and water level warning indicators.  All rollers were replaced new.  Water capacity is approx. 375G.  Pump motor: 20HP Baldor.  Pump: Gusher 255GPM.  Stainless steel belt is 24"W and approx. 22.5'L.  Wash chamber opening/exits are 29"Wx15"H.  OAL is 23'6", OAW is 7.6', OAH is 7'9" (with exhaust stacks removed).  Included are both spiral ducted exhaust stacks, along with "Y" fitting and main line stack (pictured).  This unit is still under power and in perfect working condition.  Is surplus to our needs and the floor space has now become more valuable.  This is a great workhorse of a washer.  We have ability to load and can help arrange transportation if required.
