Easy to use, clean and maintain Can be used in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, hospitals, small or medium-sized enterprises, etc. Product Description This is a manually operated liquid filling machine. It is suitable for filling low to high-density liquids and gelatinous products. On average, the machine can fill 40 bottles per minute (depending on the operation speed, product density, draw length, and filling speed). By using a compact piston structure, this device is easy to operate and is highly accurate (+/- 1%). Its capacity is of 5 - 50 ml. All parts that are in direct contact with the liquid are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and Polytetrafluoroethylene, which is wear-resisting and rust-proof. The silica gel O-ring system can withstand 392°F heat. The piston feed speed is adjustable. The machine is also very easy to clean and to maintain thanks to its sanitary stainless steel quick disconnect fittings.
